2. Collection and Processing Personal Data

We will save and use personal data transmitted by you, such as your name, company, address, email address or telephone number, for individual communication with you in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the New Version of the German Federal Data Protection Act [Bundesdatenschutzgesetz n.F., BDSG-neu]. Please note that confidential information should not be transmitted through the contact form.

The legal basis for the processing of data transmitted in the course of sending an email is Art. 6(1) Letter f of the General Data Protection Regulation. If we are contacted by email for the purposes of concluding a contract, an additional legal basis for processing will be Art. 6(1) Letter b of the General Data Protection Regulation.

On our website, we have linked to social media logos from Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn (hereinafter referred to as the "provider"), which forward to our respective profiles deposited with the providers and enable you to follow us there.

For data protection reasons, we have only implemented a link to our respective profiles at the providers. This means that no data about you will be transferred to the providers, unless you click on the respective social media logo. However, once you click on our link to our profile, you will be redirected to the provider's website, which will result in data being transmitted to the respective provider. We have no control to this, possibly personal, data transfer and data collection to / from the providers. In addition, we have no knowledge of the individual purposes of these data processing or their scope and storage duration. We also do not know - and is not in our sphere of influence - whether the providers make deletions, generate or allocate profiles or set anonymizations.

Insofar as you are simultaneously logged on to one of the aforementioned providers by activating the respective links implemented on our website, the data collected by the provider when you access its website are immediately assigned to your respective profile.

The processing of users' personal data is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interests in providing users with effective information and the communication with users in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. f) GDPR.

For visually improved presentation of various information on this website, we use Google Fonts. This is a service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

The "Pardot Marketing Automation System" is a special software for recording and evaluating the use of a website by website visitors. If processing of personal data is carried out by "salesforce.com EMEA Limited", processing will be carried out exclusively on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions. For analysis, Pardot uses so-called cookies and stores them on the user's computer.
